The first man married a Greek girl
He told her that she was to do the dishes and house cleaning.
It took a couple of days, but on the third day he came home to see a clean house and dishes washed and put away.
The second man married a Thai girl.
He gave his wife orders that she was to do all the cleaning, dishes and the cooking. The first day he didn’t see any results; but the next day he saw it was better. By the third day. he saw his house was clean, the dishes were done, and there was a huge dinner on the table.
The third man married a girl from Ireland.
He ordered her to keep the house cleaned, dishes washed, lawn mowed, laundry washed, and hot meals on the table for every meal. The first day he didn’t see anything!
The second day he didn’t see anything either!
But by the third day, some of the swelling had gone down and he could see a little out of his left eye and his arm was healed enough that he could fix himself a sandwich and load the dishwasher.

In chatting with one of my Polish friends about life and love I asked if he had any ladies in his life…
He typed his response and then asked this
“and how’s your heart stuff ?”
So simply put. So hard to explain.
As I was going through my computer to delete files in order to make it run faster, or so I will think, I found some old documents of blogs that my friends told me not to post in the heat of the moment. The moment, being screwed over by an ex, is more than a year past, however the post is true still today…so here it is…
Just say what you mean…
Why is it when something goes wrong in a relationship and we ladies turn to our girlfriends we get answers that are ok to hear but not really the whole truth…
When a guy says “I need space and time to think”…what does he really mean?
If you ask your girlfriends they will say things like maybe he is deciding that he wants to get more serious with you, or at least he didn’t change his Facebook status to “single” he just changed it to “it’s complicated” (can we pause for a moment of sadness that relationships now a days are defined by the status one has on Facebook…………….ok continue), or I would bet he is in pain, knowing he’s upset you and screwed everything up or maybe he just wants to slow down…
These are all actual responses…but are they even close to the truth? What is the truth of subliminal messages when the person sending them refuses to tell you anything?
I asked my guy friends the same thing…what does time and space mean…and they gave me their honest “it’sapparentguyscan’tjustsaywhattheyreallymean” answer…
Another girl, but he doesn’t want to lose me in case that blows up in his face…or he just wants to bang other chicks for awhile…or he wants to break up with me but he doesn’t know how…
It’s almost laughable the stark contrast in man/woman opinions on the same topic…
So where do I go from here…I still love him but I refuse to be any one’s backup plan…do I listen to my girlfriends giving answers of hope while still not being entirely hopeful…or do I listen to the guys…who may have done the same thing at one point and lose hope and my heart and my sanity altogether…
Why is it every time I get close I get jilted? I thought I was a good loving person…am I not? Is thinking that I am a false vanity myself?
Why can’t people just say what they mean or even more difficult say what they feel? If you love someone tell them you love them. If you don’t tell them you don’t. If you are in a relationship and you want to screw other people say it…don’t beat around the bush. If your going to break someone’s heart at least be honest about it…it’s the least, in every definition of the word, you could do. I would rather have someone tell me to my face that there is another girl in the picture that they want to get with than have someone tell me they need “time and space to think” or if the guy is an even bigger ass say nothing at all.
Men think they are so brave but they are really just as scared as the rest of us. I may not be brave if I were place in the middle of a war zone or I might put cups over spiders for someone else to kill…but I can say what I feel…can you?
**Just an FYI the guy this post was originally about was cheating as well as telling other girls I was a bitch that he couldn’t stand…I claim that any bitchy-ness is a direct result of the sheer magnitude of douchbaggyness that females today have to put up with.

As I have entered the wonderful world of sports, I have also entered the wonderful world of male athletes.
I have heard different things about men based on the sports that they play and how, in particular, they play women. And from what I have heard it seems that baseball players are the worst. And I have to say with the experience I’ve had in the baseball world, even that of minor league baseball, I have to say that I agree.
Now, not all baseball players are lying, cheating, pricks, just most of them. There are guys in the baseball world who are faithful, who will fly their girlfriends to where they are playing just to spend time with them, that count down the days till they get to see their loved ones again, and who just know that they have met the one and maybe quicken the pace of a wedding because they want their wife to be with them when they jet off to Spring Training the next spring.
And then there are those who hook up with floozies every chance they get all while making sure to call their wives/girlfriends to say good night. There are those who have to make sure that their multiple girlfriends don’t come into town during the same home stand. There are those who lead on girls who have feelings for them just so they can keep getting ass. And there are those who spend every day talking to the same girl, hanging out with the same girl, openly stating that they have feelings for this one girl, and then completely cutting this person out of their lives without explanation.
I have to wonder, is this the best the world has to offer me as a single female? If so I am better off with my original life plan of owning cats. It seems, I fear, the good guys who were supposed to finish last, as all statements usually go, have found someone. Good girls however, are left to deal with the adolescent, narcissistic, pricks who would be better off, as far as it goes to the respectable female population, using their signing bonuses for cheap women and penicillin.
Now I have talked with a baseball radio broadcaster. A person who has for 140 games a season for 5 years been around baseball players. I asked him about his thoughts on how some baseball players treat women and he said it best, “sure it’s not ok, but it’s part of the culture. I don’t condone it but it’s just part of baseball.”
Well, to any baseball players or future baseball players reading this. Let me tell you something…
